About Me
I am a Certified Knowledge Manager who has successfully launched multiple knowledge bases of 300+ articles and 75+ users within 1-2 months and a global knowledge base of 600+ articles and 1,500+ users within 3-4 months. I implemented knowledge strategies that resulted in my managing company-wide knowledge programs including new initiatives, maintenance and reporting, and a project calendar.
I have SaaS experience in global knowledge management and strategy, knowledge bases, online community management and engagement, content management, technical writing, training, problem solving, and process improvement.
I have built and managed knowledge bases and online communities in Bloomfire, Confluence, Salesforce, Zendesk, and WordPress. I have created and edited content in Notion and Zoho. I have supported systems for the public, customers, employees, and partners / third party vendors.
